How to Play Halloween 2048 Cupcakes

Swipe across the board on a phone, or use arrow keys or WASD on desktop. Every tile slides toward the chosen edge. Matching values meet and double, but a newly merged tile cannot merge again in that move. Each successful move adds a 2 or 4 to an empty cell.

Score adds up your merges; Best tracks your strongest run. Moves and Time help you follow the current game. Use Pause for a break, Undo to revisit a decision, and Collection to inspect the artwork. New Game starts another board while keeping your best score and discoveries.

Read the Cupcakes, Keep the Space

Use each topper and its number badge to recognize the tile. Several designs share purple or green frosting, so color alone can be misleading. Keep your largest cupcake near a corner, build its partner along an edge, and leave room for new tiles before chasing a large merge.

Moonlight marks 2048. Continue Playing keeps your board and score as you aim for Magic Potion at 4096. Beyond that, the last illustration stays in use with the correct numeric badge.

Choose Your Cupcake Theme

Prefer a brighter board? Try Classic 2048 Cupcakes. For festive artwork and six milestone lights, play Christmas 2048 Cupcakes. The sliding rules are shared; each edition keeps its own saved run and collection.

Slide with arrows, WASD or a swipe. Equal values combine once per move; the resulting value adds to Score. Each valid move introduces a new 2 or 4.

Which cupcake is 2048?

Moonlight is the 2048 cupcake. Choose Continue Playing to work toward Magic Potion at 4096. Higher values keep the potion artwork and their actual number badge.

Does Halloween add special rules?

No. It uses the standard 4 by 4 2048 rules, with twelve Halloween images and a dark purple theme. There are no special powers or Christmas milestone lights.

Is my Halloween progress saved separately?

Yes. Your board, best score, collection and sound preference are saved separately from Classic and Christmas Cupcakes on this browser when local storage is available. New Game keeps Best and your collection; Undo restores up to 30 moves.
